Crisis support
MENTALK is not able to provide urgent support or crisis help. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact Cyprus Samaritans crisis helpline or go to a hospital with a 24 hour walk in facility such as Paphos General. If you have a GP, call his or her emergency number. Cyprus Police will also assist you to find mental health care in a crisis.

Our Mission
Our mission is simple: to provide a supportive community for men to openly discuss their mental health. We believe that every man deserves to be heard, and our group offers a space for honest and open conversations about emotions, struggles, and mental well-being.
